We're here to help you get the most out of CityIntel.
For general questions, account issues, or feature requests, email us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day.
For questions about user access, billing, or registered assets/travellers, your organisation's CityIntel administrators can manage these directly from Settings.
New to CityIntel? Ask your administrator about onboarding resources, or contact support to arrange a walkthrough for your team.
CityIntel is a monitoring and decision-support tool — it is not a substitute for emergency services. In a genuine emergency, always contact local emergency services first.
From the login page, select "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your organisation's administrator to confirm the email address on file.
Organisation administrators can manage assets and travellers from the Assets and Travellers pages. Adding accurate location and (for travellers) departure airport and travel date information improves the relevance of proximity alerts shown across the platform.
Some data sources require an organisation-level configuration step (for example, an API key added by your administrator). If a section consistently shows "No data" or an error, please contact your administrator or reach out to support so we can check the relevant data source.
Most live feeds (transport, power outages, flight activity) refresh on a short cache cycle, typically every few minutes — the exact cache time is shown in the coverage note at the top of each page. Some sources, such as news and intelligence briefings, may update less frequently.
Panic alarm links are sent to staff via email by an administrator from the Panic Alarm page. Each staff member receives a personal mobile-friendly link that requires no login. Administrators can test the flow using their own email address before rolling it out to a wider team.
If you couldn't find what you were looking for, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible — including the page you were on, what you expected to see, and any error messages. Screenshots are always helpful.
